This kit is one of the easist kits to finish..Fisher includes everething you need to build this kit, decals photoetch..The instruction sheet is clear and to the point..I had custom decals done by my friend Fred, he did a great job. The Squadron is VF III. Just got the Cougar kit it is even better.

My F9F-2B Panther (VF-78 USS Bon Homme Richard) is again of traditional vac-formed construction. The white markings and stenciling necessitated the purchase of the Alps printer - best investment I ever made, although it has its limitations. The photo of the Panther in primer also shows something rarely seen - the top surface of my work bench. The Panther is still my favorite and was never at an IPMS National event. I plan to bring it to Virginia Beach next summer, along with my current project (provided I manage to finish it in time).
