F-4

This F-4 or FGR2 of the 74th sqn. Tigers, RAF. This F-4 was painted in a special Tiger stripes scheme for a NATO Tiger Meet, as well as for the 74th Sqn. disbandment ceremony, as the 74th adopted the Hawk for their main line defences.

This model was a challenge to me from a friend which I feel paid off. The kit is Tamiya's 1/32 scale F-4J with some scratched built exhaust cans, rudder sensors and antennae and other sensors. The model was painted with testors enamels and  masked with Tamiya tape. Unfortunately the real Phantom was put in a junk yard after the sqn's disbandment.
