1/24 Airfix Hawker Hurricane MkI Model and Photos This is the old Hurricane built OOB with only antenna wire, gunsight, nav/formation lights, and MDC harness added. All of the markings were airbrushed with Aeropoxy "cool masks." Stencils and all decals were hand made on my PC using a 300 DPI file editied with Paint Shop Pro, and printed on Ray's ALPS printer. Weathering is burnt umber oil wash, various pastel treatments, and silver prismacolor pencil. Thanks to MDC and Nenad of Aeropoxy for the review samples, and Ray Peterson for the decal help.
