Revell F-4G
by Ian Foulkes

Please find attached some images of a 1/32nd F4G I am currently working on. It is a conversion of the Revell F4F using the Legend Productions replacement cockpit, CAM nose and fin top. I am finishing it in Euro 1 Camouflage with decals from AirDoc. The cockpit was painted using Vallejo acrylics. The Stabilators are the slotted unstiffened ones from Cutting Edge. I am making the stiffening plates from 5 thou plasticard. I am going to make my own slotted replacement one for F4E conversions later. The nose cone is a more accurate one than the kit release and I thought it went better with the F4G nose sensor than the Cam one. Unfortunately I cannot remember the source of the item.....

I will be adding AGM 65 Mavericks and AGM 88 Harms (the latter from Cutting Edge - oh do please come back!!!).

I am planning to make its partner F4E (hence making my own stabilators) in the not too distant future. I already have an RF4C in Euro 1 Cam in production at the moment and will take some images when I can.... I hope that you all enjoy.

As you can see this is a "work in progress" and it has been ages since I have had so much fun with my clothes on!!!

Can anyone out there give me any information on the F4's and F15's that were finished in the Ferris/Heater camouflage scheme......?

Hope you all enjoy
