1/32 Tamiya F-4J Phantom II "VX-4"

Here are some pics of my 1:32 Scale Tamiya F-4J Rhino.

It depicts the "Black Bunny" as flown by VX-4 "Evaluators" of the Navy. Decals are from Yellowhammer and white stencils are from a beautiful
set from Icarus-Decals. They cause a huge amount of work since there are around 500 stencils to apply ! Another thing which causes much work is the removing of the ABDR-panels.

Other additions came from the EDUARD Photo-Etch-"Interior/ Exterior"- Set and I added some wiring/ piping to the cockpit and wheel-wells.

For painting I used HUMBROL Gloss Black and I didn't apply much weathering except for the wheel-wells.

I really enjoyed building this well-known kit and presenting it in a paint-scheme not seen very often.
