1:32 DeHavilland Mosquito
by Peter Mueller

Here are some photos of a 1:32 Revell DeHavilland Mosquito FB IV being constructed by Peter Mueller. Peter plans to complete the model in the markings of an RAF Mosquito that had a forced landing in Switzerland (right engine out and some Swiss fighters, Bf 109E, were near). The plane was later repaired and flown by the Swiss from 1942 until 1953.

Peter is using the Paragon Cockpit Update set which he is very impressed with. He states that the cockpit is great looking and good fitting. There is a 5mm hole in the right side of the floor but he does not expect it to be visible once he adds crew figures and closes the cockpit access doors.

For the the nose (Paragon again?) he is using only the tip and the bottom parts and using filler for the rest in order to get a good fit. He will scribe the cockpit access doors later.
