This is the 1/32 F-15E Strike Eagle Bunker Buster from Tamiya.

The well-engineered kit features finely-molded details that we all have come to expect from said manufacturer. The only enhancement done to this build was the addition of Quickboost resin ejection seats (QB32031).

Construction virtually went well with the exception of a fix done on some steps that appeared after the upper wings were mated with the fuselage. The intakes were made seamless with ample amounts of putty and sanding. Assembling the kit stores also took up time for I wanted this baby posed with everything attached. As usual, painting was done using Gunze, Alclad and Tamiya colors while weathering was achieved using oil filters/washes, Tamiya weathering powders and silver pencil paint chipping on high wear & tear areas.

It was a laborious but very satisfying build. Enjoy the pictures.
