Sunday October 19 saw the running of IPMS Australia's annual Eagles Day model competition in suburban Melbourne. As a small local show, it can't hope to rival larger events such as Model Expo, but the quality of the models was no less outstanding, and the more intimate atmosphere made it a great event to catch up with modelling buddies.

The LSP contingent at the show was small, but highly impressive, and also quite varied. As usual, I'll let the models do the talking:

It was a great event, and well supported by modellers, vendors and the public alike. I look forward to doing it all again in 2009.
