Scratchbuilt 1/32 A5M4 Claude

The Claude with the stripes on its wings was my first scratchbuilding effort. It has a complete scratchbuilt 9 cyl resin engine. I also cast the wheels, wheel pants, rudder, ailerons and stabilizer/elevator assembly from resin, and it has a full cockpit interior.
...then Pokey comes...
I guess my pet Calico cat named "Pokey" thought that she was a "Flying Tiger" because she practically destroyed it. Four more and that cat will be an ace.
The last group of pictures is of my second effort. When I made the Claudes, I made up four "kits". I gave two away, and it's a good thing I had one left to do the second model. The paint on the second Claude is Model Master Camouflage gray enamel. The other colors are Testors enamel. All of the markings were hand made.
