Dragon 1/32 Messerschmitt Bf 110C-7

By Dennis Ferriol

This is the 1/32 Messerschmitt Bf 110C-7 kit released by Dragon.

I´ve decided at the onset to build this graceful fighter with the Shark´s mouth so I purchased EagleCals No. 119.

Construction was basically OOB that generally went on without major problems. I added brake lines made from copper wire and aerials using fine fishing line. I also detailed the nose gun compartment with various colored lead lines. Painting was done using Gunze´s RLM colors while sufficient weathering was achieved using oil washes, MIG powders for the exhaust stains and silver pencil paint chipping on high wear & tear areas like the propeller and wing walkways.

Another enjoyable and satisfying build of an exceptional kit with all the finely-molded details. I hope you enjoy the pictures.
