Tamiya 1/32 Spitfire Mk VIII RAAF

Tamiya 1/32 Spitfire Mk VIII RAAF - all markings are painted on using Montex masks, Alclads for natural metal finish, Gunze/Tamiya paints for rest. Pilot and seatbelts are out of box, but head is from Hasegawa P-47 kit. Reference photo included at end, its from a testing unit, aircraft stripped to natural metal, with antiglare panel and white recognition leading edge and tail.

I'm kind of happy - again I tried too much, this is only my second finished natural metal finish aircraft model, where I incorporated weathering/scratching/burnishing of the finish for a worn in service look. Was also fun not having to do decals!
