Airfix 1/24 Ju 87B-2 Stuka

This model is the Airfix 1/24 scale Stuka Ju 87B-2 Dive bomber. It is one of my all time favorite model kit. The kit was built pretty much out of the box with the following exceptions: I strengthened the dorsal radio mast by grinding out a grove, installing a small metal rod, putty and sanding to shape. I also made the pilot/gunner seatbelts out of tape. The flesh parts of the figures were painted with artist oils, their uniforms were painted with Model Master enamels as was the aircraft itself.
