New Paints from White Ensign Models

For anyone who has used White Ensign Models Colourcoats before, the quality and accuracy of these paints are well known, and for those who haven't tried them yet, there is no reason not to.

These are the highest quality Enamel paints there are, and the colour matching is as good as it can get.

There are four new additions to the range here:

  1. USN Insignia Red(Reference #AC US 26)
    Pre-war USN aircraft unit identification colour. Also used as turret top recognition colour on U.S. battleships & cruisers until Pearl Harbor.

"Colourcoats Aircraft Colours: All are enamel paints, and all naval and military colours are supplied in matt finish, whereas the aircraft colours are mainly satin for better decal adhesion. They can then be finished with matt or gloss varnish as required. Where the finish is not satin, this is stated on the shop listing."
