Profimodeller | #32121: Radar SN2 for He-219

The Revell 1/32 He 219 kit comes with two types of radar antenna: the FuG 217 Neptun array and the FuG 220 Lichtenstein SN-2 array. Czech firm Profimodeller has released a turned brass replacement set for the type.
The set consists of 15 pieces of turned brass, one extremely thin length of copper wire, and a small sheet of instructions.
The brass parts are extremely fine and very nicely detailed:
The supplied length of copper wire is as thin as any I've ever come across:
The brass parts are intended to replace the equivalent kit parts, but some minor modifications to the main antenna mounting arms are required to accept the Profimodeller parts. This should provide little difficulty, and the supplied instructions are clear and concise.
Conclusion
The SN-2 antenna parts in the Revell He 219 kit are nicely done, but the Profimodeller parts are superior in both strength and detail, and make a worthy upgrade for you big Uhu. Recommended!
