Airfix 1/24 Spitfire IX

I would like to introduce my Spitfire Mk IXc, ML214 "Muscat/Kay" flown by the pilot John Plagis.

The model was sprayed with paint from MRP and weathered with oils from Abt 502.

I used the hairspray method to weather the tires.

All the markings and stencils were sprayed using 1ManArmy airbrush masks; no decals have been used on the exterior.
