Tamiya 1/32 Spitfire Mk IX

This is the Spitfire MK.IX, MA408/CG flown by Wg. Cdr. F. Gray in Sicily.

The Tamiya parts fit perfectly, I encountered no difficulties during construction.

The model was sprayed with Mr. Paint and weathered with Abt 502 oils. Cockpit sprayed with MRP and the details are painted with Vallejo. Extra pipes were added to the engine.

As always, no decals have been used, all the stencils and markings were made with the airbrush masks from 1ManArmy. The command flag off the Wg. Cdr. is also spray painted with a 1ManArmy mask.
