Airfix 1/24 Messerschmitt Bf 109E

This is the Airfix 1/24th scale model of the Bf 109 E.

It is an old kit, but gives a nice base for a great looking subject. Of course, with a lot of scratch-build and AM from Eduard for the cockpit interior.

I made new gun barrels from aluminium tubing and added a lot of details in the engine bay. Color scheme is well known for the Royal Bulgarian Air Force.

I made this model for a local aircraft museum, and the guys are very happy with it to be at their expositions. I hope you like it also.
